Booking & Appointments
All services must be booked in advance. A confirmation message will be sent after your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Deposits & Payments
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card (depending on availability).
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Hair Preparation
Clients should come with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair, unless the service includes washing. Extra fees may apply for detangling or hair prep.
