Please review these guidelines before arriving. They help every appointment remain timely, comfortable, and safe.
Safety guidelines
During braiding services, we use hot water to seal and smooth the braids. To prevent injuries: Do NOT shake or move your head during or immediately after the hot-water dipping process. Remain still while the stylist dips the braids. Do not reach for the towel, bowl, or braids until the stylist instructs you. Report any discomfort immediately. This helps avoid burns, splashes, and accidents from extremely hot water.
Avoid sudden movements while stylists are using scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs. Keep your hands away from your hair during styling unless instructed.
If you have allergies, tenderness, or sensitive scalp issues, please notify the stylist before your service begins.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick. We sanitize all tools, chairs, and stations between each client. No additional guests unless previously approved.
